Events
As a community we organise events, where we share our love of knowledge and hopefully have a bit of fun as well.
The venues are virtual spaces created in Roblox, which is used for 3D interaction and virtual blackboards and slides. The event audio is via the TRS Discord in a voice channel that you will find advertised with the event below. To join you need to create a Roblox account and install Discord, see the instructions. If you want the experience to work correctly, you should also register your Roblox username in Discord as detailed in the instructions (this allows Discord to transition you automatically between location-specific voice channels).

Some events involve challenges.

Preparing Events
-
All images or audio files that are to be part of an event must pass through the Roblox moderation process (see the rules) and you should allow three or four days for this (usually it is much faster, often within hours, but there is a lot of variance).
-
Usually I export PDFs or slides to PNG using pdf2png.
